2007-08 Sustaining Campaign

The theme for our 2008 Sustaining Campaign is My YMCA. It’s an expression of how children, families and active adults feel about this special place where the community comes to get fit, have fun and make friends. Donations to the Sustaining Campaign are used for youth and family 
scholarships. Our mission is to build “strong kids, strong families and strong communities” with programs that are available to everyone, regardless of their ability to pay. Your gift of any amount will be gratefully accepted. To find out more, download our brochure.
Who Benefits
People of all ages, genders, ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds are members 
of the YMCA. Your gift provides opportunities for children and families to enjoy quality child care, youth development, sports, day camp, resident camp, and health and wellness programs. YMCA programs emphasize our core values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility. These are values we all want our future leaders to possess. Together we can give our youth a firm foundation so they can thrive in their personal and professional lives.
What You Can Do
Please join nearly 1,100 donors and 160 campaigners in this fun and exciting campaign and give generously so that no one is turned away from the Y for financial reasons. We want all children to be able to say “this is my YMCA!” 
Together we can make sure that all kids in our community benefit from Y programs that promote strong values, high self-esteem and respect for one another. To make a gift or pledge of any amount in support of youth programs at your YMCA, mail the completed donor card to:
