You don’t have to revamp your entire workout routine to see the results
you desire! By adding something new to your workout program one
day a week, you can see a big difference. Ask one of our knowledgeable
trainers or instructors for suggestions. You’ll be amazed
at the difference a small change can make.
EQUIPMENT ORIENTATION
Whether you are new to our facility or a long-time member,
a Fitness Center Orientation is a great way to learn all about our
facility and everything it has to offer.
Fees: FREE to Full Facility Members
FITNESS POLICIES
1. Ages 8-11 may access the running track only*
2. Ages 12-14 may access the running track, exercise equipment & classes
(excluding Pilates Reformer)*
3. Ages 15 and up have full facility access
4. Proper workout attire required (no jeans or open toed shoes)
* Adult supervision is required at all times.
