CAPS Program

CREATIVE AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM FOR SUCCESS

The CAPS before- and afterschool program promotes academic achievement, school attendance, strong values and a positive self image. More than 12,000 children at 48 school sites in San Bernardino and Highland attend the CAPS program.

Children participate in field trips, athletic activities, tutoring, performing arts and other activities that build spirit, mind and body. A healthy snack is provided each day and children learn the Y's core values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility in a safe, nurturing environment.

GETTING STARTED

The CAPS program is a free before- and after-school program for all children in the San Bernardino Unified School District. To register, visit your school site and find out how your child can benefit from this amazing program.
