Active Older Adults (A.O.A.)
The Redlands Family YMCA has been a place for seniors to gather for many years . Come by first thing in the morning and you will see a group of "regulars" who gather for a cup of coffee, early morning work-out, read the paper and just start the day off with a positive note. In addition, there are monthly events that you may want to participate in. Come join us. You will be glad you did! For additional information, contact
