Active Older Adults (A.O.A.)

Come by first thing in the morning and you will see a group of "regulars" who gather for a cup of coffee, early morning work-out, read the paper and just start the day off with a positive note. In addition, there are monthly events that you may want to participate in. Come join us. You will be glad you did! For additional information, contact Melinda Hough, A.O.A.
