SCHOOL-AGE LICENSED CHILDCARE
After a long day at school, kids look forward to a relaxing
afternoon with their friends at the
Y’s school-age childcare program. Your Kindergarten-5th
grade child will
feel safe and at home
at our licensed program sites located on
school campuses. There’s a lot of fun and a lot
of
games, but your child will also have the chance to do assisted
homework, read, be creative with
arts & crafts and play
sports. A healthy snack is provided every day.
To give your child the best care possible, all employees undergo
screenings and background
checks, are CPR and first aid certified
and receive ongoing training. Parents can rest assured
that adults
and children alike model the Y’s character values of caring,
honesty, respect and
responsibility at our sites.
