The YMCA of the East Valley has several guidelines and usage policies regarding member and facility information, YMCA of the East Valley internet resources, and member contact outlined below.

"YMCA of the East Valley" (CA) is the structural organization headed by the "YMCA of Redlands" including branches and activity sites in Redlands (CA), Highland (CA), & San Bernardino (CA). "Subscriber" and "Subscriber Content" refers to each person who establishes a connection ("Account") for access to and use of "YMCA of the East Valley" internet resources.

(A) All prices listed herein are considered approximates and should not be regarded as a guaranteed price nor are said prices a guarantee of availability for the specified classes, programs, or memberships. Listed prices are placed in faith as being correct but are always subject to verification by appropriate YMCA of the East Valley staff and to all appropriate and applicable restrictions as provided by the YMCA of the East Valley.

(B) Times, dates, and events mentioned herein are subject to verification by appropriate YMCA of the East Valley staff wherein times, dates, and events may be subject to cancellation due to low enrollment and/or environmental changes. Times, dates, and events may be rescheduled in so long as notice is provided to those participants currently enrolled.

(C) Subscriber expressly agrees that use of YMCA of the East Valley is at subscriber's sole risk. The YMCA of the East Valley, its branches, employees, and third-party vendors and content providers do not provide that service will be uninterrupted, nor error free. Nor do any of the above mentioned parties make any warranties as to service, accuracy, reliability, or content of material presented on, by, or through the YMCA of the East Valley.

(D) The YMCA of the East Valley website is provided on an "as-is" basis with no warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

(E) This warranty is applied to any damages or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behavior, negligence, or under any cause of action.

(F) Additionally any employee involved in presenting the YMCA of the East Valley website in congruence with the terms of said position and its duties, responsibilities, and limits shall not be held liable for any damages, including, without limitation, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the YMCA of the East Valley services.

The 'Y' logo, 'YMCA' name, and "We build strong kids, strong families, and strong communities" slogan are registered trademarks, service marks, graphics, and text by the YMCA of the USA.
