GROUP EXERCISE – SPIRIT, MIND & BODY

Our Group Exercise Schedule reflects a variety of classes that will attract, motivate and keep you moving! Strength training with weights continues to be an added feature with the majority of our classes and our Group Exercise instructors are readily available to assist members needing modifications to any exercise or movements. Choose from the following:

GROUP EXERCISE CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Aerobic Dance
A great way to increase cardiovascular fitness, improve strength and have a great time.

Body Challenge/Conditioning
Balls, bars, bands and a mat are all incorporated into this low-impact, moderate-high intensity strength building class.

Boot Camp
Ten-hut! Get in shape with the fun and challenge of this body weight based and cardio exercise class.

Cardio Ab Blast
Blast your abs with cardio that will target your core both standing and lying down.

Cardio KickBox
Combines kickboxing and step to form a great cardio workout. Great for all levels.

Extreme Body
A muscle toning & strengthening class that will get your heart pumping.

Gentle Yoga
A beginning yoga class using traditional yoga poses to enhance strength, balance and flexibility.

Hardcore Abs
A class to hit your abs from every angle possible. Achieve and maintain rock hard abs!

Kick IT
An interval training class that features kickboxing combinations and short burst fire drills to elevate your heart rate, followed by muscle and core conditioning.

Line Dancing
This class is open to all experience levels and ages. No partners necessary. Learn a new dance each week.

PilatesMat
Our mat classes help you increase your core strength, improve your posture and body alignment, enhance your balance, and helps you relieve stress. In our mat classes we use weights, body bars, balls, and bands.

Pump It Up
A high energy class combining step aerobics and boot camp style weight training using bands, bars and plyometrics. This class will get your heart pumping.

Salsa Cardio
A low impact high intensity cardio class for all fitness levels moving to the rhythm of Latin music.Burn fat while having lots of fun. Open to all levels.

SilverSneakers I
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance; and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SilverSneakers II Cardio Circuit
Aerobic or cardiovascular exercise is the highlight of SilverSneakers Cardio Circuit. The class features upper-body strength workout using hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and other fun accessories in non-impact aerobic activity. A chair is available for support and easy head-to-toe stretching.

SilverSneakersYogaStretch
Will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of movement.

SilverSneaker SilverSplash
A low intensity water class that is appropriate for all fitness levels. The class includes muscle toning, cardiovascular endurance and lots of stretching.


Total Body Conditioning
A low impact, moderate-high intensity class, where you will work every muscle. Great for all levels.


Water Plunge
A high energy total body work-out.

Water Wake-up
Improve your strength, flexibility, and aerobic exercise, while reducing bone joint and muscle stress by 90%.

Yoga
Classic Yoga postures with a focus on alignment and poses. This class will challenge your balance, flexibility and strength.

Zumba
"Ditch the Workout, Join the Party." Zumba fuses Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves.This latin and international dance based cardio workout will really get you moving and grooving. You'll have so much fun it won't even seem like exercise!

Zumba Gold
aperfect introduction to regular Zumba for anyone who needs a less intense version of our Zumba classes.
