You don’t have to revamp your entire workout routine to see the results
you desire! By adding something new to your workout program one
day a week, you can see a big difference. Ask one of our knowledgeable
trainers or instructors for suggestions. You’ll be amazed
at the difference a small change can make.
Equipment Orientation
Whether you are new to our facility or a long-time member,
a Fitness Center Orientation is a
great way to learn all about our
facility and everything it has to offer.

Group Exercise
Our Group Exercise Schedule reflects a variety of classes that will attract, motivate and keep you moving! Strength training with weights continues to be an added feature with the majority of our classes and our Group Exercise instructors are readily available to assist members needing modification to any exercise or movements.

Personal Fitness Program
Designed for the beginning exerciser or anyone returning to exercise. Our personalized fitness program will help you make exercise a habit. An instructor will start your program at a level that is comfortable for you then monitor your progress over the course of the following 12 weeks. Your program grows as your fitness level increases.

Personal Fitness Assessment
Reach your personal level of physical fitness
through a series of tests designed to measure cardiovascular
endurance, muscular strength, flexibility and body composition.
Each member is evaluated on an individual basis by one of our
Fitness Specialists who are specially trained to deliver quality
testing with up-to-date and accurate results.
Fitness Assessments
are offered by appointment only for members 12 and up.
Fees: $15/$27
Personal Training
Allow one of our Certified Personal Trainers to give you the one-on one
attention you need to reach your health and fitness goals. Available for Full Facility Members only.

Aquatics Lap Swim
Specific lap swim times are available in our pool for swimmers regardless of your swimming pace. Lane sharing and or circle swimming (counter clockwise) for two or more swimmers may be required. See the Aquatics page for more details.
Water Exercise
Emphasis is on strength, flexibility and aerobic exercise. Classes are designed to increase resistance while reducing bone, joint and muscle stress by 90%. No swimming skills are necessary although flotation devices are available. Classes include Water Exercise, Power Plunge, Twinges & Hinges, Aqua Gym & SilverSplash. FITNESS POLICIES
- Ages 12-14 may use the exercise equipment and classes when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Ages 15 and up have full facility access.
- Proper workout attire required (no jeans or open toe shoes).
- Water bottles are strongly encouraged.
- When in doubt, ask a trainer... it's free!
