Swim Schedules 
Water Wake up - Improve your strength, flexibility and aerobic exercise, while reducing bone joint and muscle stress by 90%.
Power Plunge - A high energy total body work-out with increased intensity and an emphasis on water strength & toning.
Silver Splash – Class taught in conjunction with our Silver Sneakers Program. The class
focus is on movement through the water to build strength and flexibility for everyday activities.
Highland Senior Center – Pool time reserved for Highland Senior enter Members only.
Family Swim – Pool is open for free time. There is no organized activity. One lane left open for lap swimmers.
Swim Lessons – Swimming lessons taught by YMCA aquatics’ staff for members of all ages and skill levels. One lane left open for adult lap swim. See swim lessons schedule for more information.
Porpoise Swim Club – This Pre-Swim team class is taught to kids who have mastered the swim lesson program. Class is held once a week and gives participants the swim team atmosphere without the large commitment of a swim team.
