Association Full Facility members have the use of all available facilities at Redlands, Highland and San Bernardino YMCAs including many classes offered at no cost or a reduced rate.

Participants in YMCA programs must have at least a Basic Membership to participate in Y programs such as swim lessons, sports, camping and Circus.

Basic Program Memberships 
Anyone who participates in a YMCA program must be, at least, a basic member. Privileges include participating in any of our programs including swim lessons, sports, camping and circus.

Participant Memberships 
Participant memberships are available to those who wish to participant in the Christian Leadership Conference, Life guarding courses, and/or CPR courses. Participant members do not have facility access or additional program access.

Family and Single Parent Family memberships consist of one (1) family unit living in the same residence. Additionally, only two (2) persons 18 and over may be included on the membership unless said person is a full-time student at an accredited school. Educational proof must be supplied at sign-up for each additional person 18 and over to be included on the membership.

Download and register in person at any YMCA of the East Valley branch. 

Click on the annual denomination for the membership that interests you to sign up online. You will not automatically be charged the annual amount rather you will be prompted during the enrollment process to select either payment in full or per month. Once your online registration is complete, bring your membership application, waiver of liability, and photo I.D. to the desk clerk at your branch to receive your membership card.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Our goal is not to turn anyone away because of inability to pay. The YMCA provides financial assistance, based on need, to those demonstrating they are unable to pay in full. This is made possible by contributions of generous donors. Please contact Member Services for more information. Allow two weeks for processing. 

PRO-RATE DUE  
All membership rates are based on sign up on the 1st of the month or the draft day of your choice. If you sign up before or after these dates, a prorated amount will be due. All rejoining members who have been cancelled longer than 6 months must pay joining fee up to $85.

ELECTRONIC PAYMENT  
If you elect to have your membership paid via EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer) from a checking, savings or credit card account please note that the YMCA of the East Valley requires a written 5-day notice of cancellation before your usual draft date. Those cancellations received after the 10-day period will result in an additional draft prior to cancellation.

NON-SUFFICENT FUNDS 
All returned checks and or unpaid ACH drafts will be handled through e cash flow systems and a fee of $25 will be assessed (or the maximum by law) and are due to the collection company prior to any further transactions. 1 (888) 339-6062.

CREDITS AND REFUNDS 
Membership Fees non-refundable after 30 days if 5-daywritten notice is not given for all EFT draft cancellations, if no proof of membership cancellation exists, and if facility and/or programs have been used. Program Fees No transfer, credits or refunds will be issued without a WRITTEN MEDICAL EXCUSE. For cancellations prior to a program starting, one of the following may be requested (approval required): 
• Transfer to another YMCA program. 
• YMCA credit towards future use of programs (expires one year from date of issuance). 
• Refund by check or to credit card for MEDICAL REASONS ONLY. 
A $10 service charge will apply for each refund. Please allow four weeks for processing. 
• Credit and/or Refund requests must be submitted in writing at the facility. Phone calls will not be accepted. 
• If the YMCA cancels a program, we will make every effort to transfer participant to another class or fees will be refunded.

AWAY PROGRAM 

Always Welcome At YMCAs! Full Facility members are always welcome at other YMCAs when traveling outside San Bernardino County. Local residents must present a current membership card for up to three guest passes per month.

GUEST PRIVILEGES

All members are encouraged to bring guests (18 and older) to the YMCA. All guests must sign in at the Member Services Desk and may be limited to one time per year.
