Located only 28 miles from downtown San Bernardino and a mere two
hours from Los Angeles, Camp Edwards offers a wholesome camp
environment for all in the San Bernardino Mountains. Perfect for
children and families, Camp Edwards is a special place where memories
of a lifetime are made and life-long friendships are formed.
OUR STAFF
Camp Edwards staff, volunteers and camp committee strive to maintain the highest standards in providing a quality camping experience for all ages. We are accredited by the American Camp Association and all camp counselors are CPR certified and receive training in first aid and lifesaving.
Counselors in Training (CITs) are needed to assist camp counselors in supervising and engaging campers in the many activities planned for them each week! Gain valuable job experience, make friends and have fun!
YMCA CAMPS
TRADITIONAL CAMP - Participate in archery, rock climbing, high ropes challenge, hiking, mountain biking, swimming, canoeing and much more!
CIRCUS CAMP - Whether your child is in circus or not, send them to Camp Edwards to learn juggling, unicycle, tight wire, acro and more! Campers also enjoy traditional camp activities.
LABOR DAY FAMILY CAMP -
Spend Labor Day weekend with the whole family at Camp Edwards!
Activities for all ages will be available.
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
If cost is an issue, fill out the request for assistance (section 8 of the camper application)! At the Y, we try to ensure that everyone can participate regardless of their ability to pay.
