YMCA Adult Sports program include Men's, Women's and CoEd Basketball leagues, Volleyball, Wiffleball, Woodbat and more. Adult Sports run throughout the year and cycle as often as possible. Adult Sports take place in both the Redlands and Highland Family YMCAs.

Come and play hockey on the outdoor rink! Pick up games take place on Mondays, beginning at 7:00pm.

HIGHLAND ADULT SPORTS


SPORTS OFFICAL TRAINING (ages 13-17)
Interested in becoming a Sports Official? This program is designed for participants who would like to learn the fundamentals of officiating athletic events. Training is available for Scorekeepers, Basketball Referees & Baseball/Softball Umpires. For more information, contact William Chapman:

Why not let one of our knowledgeable Fitness Trainers, certified Personal Trainers, or one of our amazing Group Exercise Instructors lend you a hand in overcoming all of your health and fitness barriers. FITNESS ASSESSMENTS
Discover your personal level of physical fitness through a series of tests designed to measure your cardiovascular endurance (step test), muscular endurance (sit-ups), muscular strength (hand grip), flexibility (sit-n-reach), and body composition (skin fold). Each member will be evaluated on an individual basis by one of our Fitness Specialists, specially trained to deliver quality testing with accurate and up-to-date results. Fitness assessments are offered by appointment only; privately, or in groups of no more than 3 for members 12 years-up.

EQUIPMENT ORIENTATION
Whether you are new to our facility or a long-time member, a Fitness Center Orientation is a great way to learn all about our facility and everything it has to offer. FREE to Full Facility Members.

ADULT FITNESS POLICIES
1. Ages 8-11 may access the running track only.*
2. Ages 12-14 may access the running track, exercise equipment & classes (excluding Pilates Reformer)*
3. Ages 15 and up have full facility access.
4. Complimentary towel service is available for Fitness Center participants only (Redlands only).
5. Proper workout attire required (no jeans or open toe shoes) *Adult supervision is required at all times.

GET FIT w/ PERSONAL FITNESS PROGRAM
This 12-week program is designed for the beginning and returning exerciser. A Fitness Trainer will customize an exercise program specifically for you and your fitness goals. Your Trainer will monitor your progress, assist you in adjustments, and help you to remain focused on achieving your desired results. This may just be the “jump start” you need to a new and improved you! FREE to full-facility members, ages 15-up.

GROUP EXERCISE – SPIRIT, MIND & BODY
Our GROUP EXERCISE schedule reflects a variety of classes that will attract, motivate and keep you moving! Strength training with weights continues to be an added feature with the majority of our classes and our Group Exercise instructors are readily available to assist members needing modifications to any exercise or movements. Choose from the following:

REDLANDS
PILATES
Pilates Reformer classes included with the Full Facility membership are the Aero-Reformer and Reformer Orientation classes for beginners. All other Pilates Reformer classes are $15/class for Full Facility Members and $20/class for Basic Program Members.
